Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number if your shipment includes tracking. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress online. Please note that some orders, particularly those shipped overseas, may not include tracking to keep costs low.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while EU and UK orders take 3-7 business days. For the rest of the world, shipping can take 7-21 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and may vary due to customs or other factors.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

Yes, we ship globally! Whether you’re in Europe, North America, Asia, or anywhere else, we’ll get your Chameleon Charms to you. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
