2. Our Products

We do our best to ensure that our product photos, descriptions and colors accurately represent the products we sell. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Because some of our products are handmade or 3D printed, small variations in color, texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change from time to time. We may also discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

In some situations, we may need to cancel an order, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product information or price. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and refund any payment you have already made.

Once an order has been processed, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests. However, your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and billing information when placing an order.

We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. We do not have access to your complete payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For consumer purchases, we remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you, unless you have independently chosen a carrier that we did not offer.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase from us as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

Certain products are excluded from this right, including qualifying personalized or custom-made products.

However, any purchase you make through our website is a transaction between you and Chameleon Concepts. Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, our fulfillment of orders, or any issues arising from a purchase made through our store.
